Joey Fulgham started Integrity Insurance Group in 2011. Joey has extensive knowledge of the insurance industry. He has worked on both the sales and operations side of the industry. Prior to starting Integrity Insurance, Joey worked as an insurance agent with Farm Bureau Insurance, and as a claim representative with Farm Bureau and State Farm.
Joey earned his BBA with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of Central Arkansas and was a member of Sigma Tau Gamma. He holds the LUTC, FSS, and AAI insurance designations. These experiences have helped form a broad foundation to build a successful insurance agency.
Joey is involved in the community and is a member of Fellowship Bible Church in Conway. He has served on the board of the Greenbrier Kiwanis, Young Life, and Circle of Hope. He is the Past President of Arkansas Valley Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, and was a Zone Vice President for NAIFA Arkansas and also served as the Young Advisors Team Chairman.
Joey enjoys spending time with his wife, Karin, and their two children: Sophie and Eli. He is an avid sports fan and loves his Razorbacks. In his spare time he enjoys coaching his kids’ teams, hunting, and reading.
Karin Fulgham helped to start Integrity Insurance Group in 2011. She is a licensed agent and leads the agency in their marketing efforts. She is a Conway native and a 1995 graduate of Conway High School. She attended the University of Central Arkansas before relocating and graduating from Louisiana Tech University with a Bachelors of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design. She is 2nd generation insurance and is excited to be providing insurance in her home town.
She is married to Joey Fulgham. She has two children and loves to spend time with them playing sports, at the lake, and traveling. She is a member of Fellowship Bible Church. She enjoys the outdoors and photography in her spare time.
Samantha was born in Michigan, but spent most of her childhood in Arkansas. She is a 1996 Graduate of Vilonia High School. After high school she started in the insurance industry with American Management Corporation and worked in a variety of positions. She left AMC in 2006 and took an assistant underwriter position with Boher, Croxdale, & McAdoo where she worked until joining the Integrity Insurance team. Samantha has been a dedicated part of our team since 2012 as a commercial lines customer service representative. She has worked in the insurance for more than 17 years. Her dedication and attention to detail are essential to our success.
Samantha lives in Greenbrier where she is raising her three children. Samantha enjoys spending time with her children, and reading. Her family is very active in sports. You can find them at the school or local ball park on most nights and weekends.
Missy was born and raised in Texas where she first started working in the insurance industry. Today she lives in Greenbrier, Arkansas where she has raised 4 daughters and has 2 grandchildren.
She is an active member of Immanuel Baptist Church in Greenbrier where she serves as the 3rd and 4th grade Sunday school teacher and serves on the Christian Education Committee. She also is a leader in the Quilts of Love ministry which provides handmade quilts to members of the community who are ill.
Missy loves spending time with her family and friends as well as her 4 dogs and 3 cats. She enjoys working in her beautiful yard and reading a good book.
Anita is a personal lines producer that has been in the insurance industry since 1997. Prior to joining Integrity Insurance Group, Anita has worked as an estate planning specialist with Southern Farm Bureau Life insurance company where she helped people plan for their retirement and plan for passing their legacy.
Anita earned her Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Arkansas State University, Jonesboro, Arkansas. She also earned her Charter Life Underwriter designation, Chartered Advisor for Senior Living designation, Chartered Financial Consultant designation and Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow designation from the American College, Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania.
Anita served as a past president for the Northeast Arkansas Association for the Insurance and Financial Advisors. Anita also served as a past president for the Trumann Rotary Club. She is a dedicated wife and mom and an avid outdoors person.
A little known fact about Anita is her great grandfather was an Arkansas State Representative and Senator for Conway County in the 1930s.
Jake Stanley joined Integrity Insurance Group in early 2013 as Sales Representative. Prior to this, Jake spent ten years with Centene Corporation/NovaSys Health in various strategic sales and sales support roles, including Sales Representative, Eligibility Specialist, and Provider Relations Representative. Jake's tenure at Centene provided him with extensive experience in the medical insurance space, in which he specializes to date. In addition to medical, Jake provides consultative services for all lines, including but not limited to dental, life, home, auto, commercial, and disability.
Jake earned his Bachelor of Science in Administrative Management from the University of Arkansas. He is a licensed agent in Life and Health and Property and Casualty. He completed the Dale Carnegie Sales Advantage Course Certification and is a member of the Individual Broker Advisory Board for Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield.
Jake volunteers in the Watch Dog Dads program in Conway schools. He has also volunteered for Blackbird Academy of Arts and Arkansas Rush Soccer Club. He is married to Jennifer, and the couple has three children: Chaz, Kate, and Bella Grace. Jake is an avid sports fan and counts the Chicago Cubs as his favorite team. In his spare time, he enjoys coaching his kids' various teams, hiking, and fly fishing.
Debbie Novak came to Integrity Insurance Group in July of 2016, bringing with her more than 37 years of experience and her CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) designation. While experienced in all lines of insurance, her emphasis is on Business Insurance. From the respected local business entrepreneurs and craftsmen, to the large multi-exposure businesses, non-profit organizations, and professional liability exposures, such as doctors, engineers, or attorneys, to contractors, restaurants, retail stores, or manufacturers, she works diligently with each to provide customized coverage options at the most competitive rates to meet their needs.
Debbie and her husband, Mark, live in Conway and enjoy their time with their children and grandchildren, gatherings with friends, their One Church family, quiet evenings together at home, and spontaneous trail excursions or road trips, simply enjoying the beauty of Arkansas.
Jessica Ballew joined the Integrity Insurance team as a Personal Lines Account Manager in 2017 after eighteen years in the insurance business with Farm Bureau. An Arkansas native, she grew up in Sherwood and graduated from Sylvan Hills High School in 1999 and currently attends First Assembly of God in North Little Rock.
Jessica's pride and joy is her three sons, ranging in age from 2 to 14 years old. She loves spending time with her family and doing anything outdoors, especially swimming at the lake/river, hiking, riding 4 wheelers, fishing, playing basketball, and vacationing on the beach in Florida.
Mark is an Arkansas native and graduated high school in Lonoke, Arkansas. After high school, Mark attended Arkansas State University, Jonesboro and studied Marketing and Public Relations. Mark joined the Integrity team in August 2017 as an Account Executive.
Prior to joining the Integrity Insurance Group Mark spent 14 years in the cellular industry working various customer service, management and sales roles. During his time in the wireless industry, Mark held leadership positions managing teams ranging 8 to 90+ employees. Mark also spent 3 years in wireless as an industrial / commercial account executive providing his clients with superior one on one customer service. Mark firmly believes in a consultative approach while working with clients that puts understanding his customer’s need and providing superior customer service above all else.
Mark and his wife Carmen moved to Conway in 2013 and have three children, Haley, Alex and Colby & granddaughter Olivia. In his spare time, Mark enjoys spending time outdoors hunting, fishing, and playing golf. Mark is an avid sports fan that supports all Arkansas based teams though passionately supports ASU Red Wolves, U of A Razorbacks and UCA Bears.
Ryan Evans joined the Integrity Team in the fall of 2015 as an Account Executive. Ryan obtained his Life and Health license in 2007 and got his start as a Sales Representative for Lincoln Heritage Insurance Co. He then transitioned to AIG Financial Network as a Financial Representative and then later as Agency Director. His tenure at AIG began in 2008 until 2015. As a Financial Representative and Agency Director with AIG, he was recognized for multiple leadership awards and attended several leadership conferences within the AIG organization. In his time with AIG, Ryan gained valuable product knowledge and extensive experience analyzing client’s life insurance and financial needs. He added his Property and Casualty license in 2015 to better serve his customers’ insurance needs.
Ryan is a graduate of Alma High School and attended Arkansas Tech University where he was a two year scholarship athlete for the university football team. He is a licensed agent in both Life and Heath and in Property and Casualty insurance.
Ryan volunteers for Habitat for Humanity of Central Arkansas and serves as a member of the Habitat for Humanity Young Professionals Group. He and his wife Jill attend Robinson and Center Church of Christ in Conway. Ryan is an avid sports fan. In his free time, he loves to spend time in the outdoors fishing, hunting, hiking, and kayaking.
Sara began her insurance career in 2000 with Farm Bureau Insurance as the Office Coordinator and CSR Specialist in Greenbrier. After many years of service, she took a pause to be a stay at home mom before joining the Integrity Insurance team in 2018.
Sara grew up in Greenbrier and graduated from Greenbrier High School in 1994 and has remained in the Conway/Greenbrier area. She is a member of Friendship Baptist Church in Conway along with her husband, Mike, and son, Brett.
Sara spends her free time and weekends traveling with her family to race tracks in different states to watch her son compete. When she is not pit crewing, she enjoys her down time with friends and family.
Synda Hogan joined the Integrity team in early 2018 as a sales producer. Prior to Integrity, she worked for three years as an insurance agent with Farm Bureau. Prior to her insurance career, she also worked as an independent landman for oil and gas companies in Arkansas, Oklahoma, Kansas and Illinois.
Synda is an Arkansas native, who grew up in the small town of Shirley. Synda is a member of the Morrilton Kiwanis, where she also serves on the board, and is also a member of NAIFA; she attends Cove Chapel Church.
In 2009, Synda was voted Arkansas Democrat-Gazette’s “River Valley Addition Top 20 to Watch” and was also “Miss Rodeo Arkansas 2010.”
Synda and her husband Josh live in Springfield with their two dogs and six horses. In her spare time, Synda loves anything that involves being outdoors, especially camping, fishing, hunting, riding horses and planting flowers. She also loves to cook, travel and spend time with friends and family.
Brian Tindall has over 17 years in the insurance business. He started his insurance career in his family's agency and spent 12 years there as an agent and agency manager. He spent a year as a district manager for Aflac working with small business handling their employee benefits. He has spent the last 4 years as a sales manager for Allstate working with independent agencies in Arkansas. He holds both the LUTCF and FSS designations. He has served as President of the national association of insurance and financial advisors in central Arkansas. He was honored to earn the distinguished agent of the year award. He also served as a zone vice president for the state of Arkansas chapter.
Brian lives in Benton with his two daughters Kylie and Lily. He loves the water and can be found floating the Buffalo River most of the summer.
